She continued training through college: graduating from both the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Fayetteville State University's dance programs, where she trained in Traditional West-African, Ballet, Contemporary, Horton Modern Technique, Hip-Hop, and Couture/Runway genres.

Ife has danced with multiple companies including KOFFEE Modern Dance Company, Fayetteville State University Dance Ensemble (President), DialeKt Pre-Professional Dance Company, and Black Millineium Runway Troupe.
